We taught a great class on goals this week and I shared my goals for the school.  Meadow was so excited about them, she asked me to post them for everyone. As I reminded the students, long range goals can always be changed, but write them as you want them today. So here they are:

One Year Goal:  By July 30th, 2012, I will have sold out 10 trainings for the year.  The trainings will get better and better each time we teach them.  I will have created an entire video series for each training, delivered 150 hours of live coach training,  created ongoing education for coaches who have completed the course, worked with five student teachers, and certified at least 30 coaches who will help hundreds of people.

Five Year Goal:  By July 30th, 2017  The Life Coach School will be known as the best Small Private Coaching School in the US.  We will have certified more coaches making 100k per year because of their amazing coaching skills and word of mouth referrals than any other school of it's kind.  (Minimum of 100 coaches making 100K or more per year and helping hundreds of clients.)

10 Year Goal:  By July 30th, 2027  The Life Coach School will have taught more practicing, successful coaches (minimum 100k per year) than any other school period.  It will also have the most graduates who are published authors.  Life Coach School coaches will have the highest reputation of all practicing coaches.  Life Coach School coaches will increase the credibility and integrity of the Life Coaching profession world wide.

25 Year Goal:  By July 30th, 2036 the Life Coach School is the most exclusive coaching school in the world.  It is not any bigger in terms of class size, but entrance is exclusive and all teachers make a  minimum of 300k per year in their business and all are published authors.  It is the gold standard for private school coach training.
