I primarily work with moms with advanced degrees in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math & Medicine) fields. I help these amazing women embrace their space, get out of overwhelm, and improve relationships and time management to live their fullest lives.

I also work with physicians to help them prevent or manage work exhaustion & burnout.
