I help women build positive and resilient body image and overcome self-criticism and body shame.  We further that work by using an Intuitive Eating framework to build a peaceful relationship with food and greater trust in the body's innate signals.  I can help you regain all of the mindspace currently spent in self-criticism and diet thinking, so you can spend it on the life you want to live instead.
