I am a practicing physician with clinical and administrative roles.  I see so many of my colleagues suffering, showing up to care for patients from a place of obligation rather than a place of passion and compassion.  I want to help physicians find the joy in their work and in their life.  I want to help physicians understand the role that their thoughts play in shaping their experience and that if we can teach ourselves to Think With Purpose, we can change our experience without waiting for the environment and systems around us to change.
