My practice is focused on helping people whose lives have been affected by addiction, and in particular men whose lives have been impacted by pornography. Some have lost their jobs, some have lost their families, all have lost their sense of self-worth and self-confidence.

I find joy in helping my clients implement practices, develop routines, and change long-held beliefs that will instill confidence and provide purpose for their lives.
