: Depression Coach for Moms
Coaching Philosophy
Depression does not have to be front and center anymore.
Imagine your brain is a sledding hill. You have been sledding the same paths over and over, creating really deep grooves in the snow. Eventually it can be hard to turn your sled in any other direction. Finally, it snows. This can be like a new medication or finally leaving the dark winter behind and entering spring after experiencing seasonal depression.
The snow fills in the grooves and gives us a fresh chance to create new pathways, in other words, new thoughts to think.
The trick now is getting the knowledge to know where to go next and how to get there. That's where I come in. My job as a lifecoach is to help you identify why you are stuck and where to go next.
I am interested in healing depression not just by treating the symptoms, but by attacking the cause of a lot of our suffering... our thoughts.
Brain health is a puzzle that requires more than just medication.
