If you own a business, I believe hands down the BEST WAY to get in front of more potential clients/customers is by using video. Period. Pretty bold statement, right? I say that with total certainty because I have seen it happen for me and for thousands of my students. If you are looking to make your first $100,000 and want to use video as the primary vehicle to help you do that, look no further.

Let me tell you how I came to this realization. In 2016 had been a REALTOR for 11 years and had just moved cross country. I had no clients, no prospects, no database, no email list, and no money. So I launched a YouTube channel to "get my name out there." I had no idea what to do or how to do it, but I figured it out as I went along. I had no consistency, no plan, no clue. Then I got the phone call that changed my entire life. He said, "Oh my gosh, I can't believe you answered the phone! I thought I'd get your assistant. I mean, you're famous! I want to buy a house and I want you to help me. What do I have to do to get you to take me on as a client?"

At that moment, it was like the universe smacked me upside the head with a frying pan. The heavens parted, the angels began to sing, and their message said, "See? I told you! Video works, so you better keep doing this!"  In June of 2017 I committed to making one video a week. Within a year I had so many inbound leads coming in I was turning people away so I created a team. (I live in Savannah, GA so it's not like I'm in a huge metro area.) I was being invited to speak at major real estate conferences about the power of video. I wrote a best selling book, YouTube for Real Estate Agents - Learn how to get FREE leads and never cold call again.

I was also getting hundreds of phone calls a year from other agents asking me to teach them my secrets. In July 2018 I created a program called Video Boss Agent. Within a few years I had taught thousands of real estate agents to make YouTube videos that bring them real, honest to goodness paying clients. NOT brand recognition, NOT tire kickers, NOT freebie seekers.

Then I began working with a life coach who encouraged me to have bigger goals, quit playing small, and set some scary @$$ financial goals. In 2021 I made my first $1M in a single year. Coaching was so profoundly life changing that I became a certified life coach in 2022, and it is now my honor to help other people do the same
