Work with Me
Hello!
My name is Quinn Lindsay and I’m a certified life coach. I have loved my journey so far coaching. I have worked as a high school teacher and administrator for the last 16 years. During my time in schools I’ve not only seen the pressures and struggles that teens are facing. My husband and I lost a child 13 years ago and this has been one area that I’ve worked with others working through the stages of grief. There have been several other hard situations in life that I’ve worked through and that’s when I discovered life coaching and it did help me learn many tools to work through difficult life situations. I’m working to help others to find ways to deal with these challenges and improve their lives.
- For teens we focus a lot on anxiety, positive body image, positive mental talk, and communication skills. Teens are able to share their struggles and learn skills in a safe and confidential environment.
- For adults we can work on skills on how to better communicate, how to help handle stress and pressure that you are facing, work/life balance, relationships in many facets, working through different stages of grief.
