I help women create freedom from alcohol without feeling deprived.

Freedom from alcohol begins with thought.

Period.

There’s no magic pill.

Just learning powerful and critical mindset skills.

One step at a time.

One thought at a time.

One day at a time.

Just saying “no” to a drink doesn’t work.

And that’s OK!

You will be shifting from “I can’t” or “I have to” and moving toward “I get to” and “I want to”.

I’m here to say: It’s okay that you don’t have the skills to unlearn the habit... yet.

Why? Because you’ve never learned them before.

I can certainly relate and perfectly imagine that you’re tired of being stuck and on the merry-go-round ride of swearing to not drink in the morning but find yourself pouring a drink at the end of the day to unwind or relax only to find yourself waking up the next morning yet again with regret.

It’s so fun to be reminded that our miraculous minds can take us on beautiful adventures and change our future!

However... they can also keep us stuck with limiting beliefs.

Truly, there is no need to be stuck any longer.

What I teach is:

You are not broken or missing a unicorn gene that everyone else has when it comes to drinking alcohol that you don’t have. You can’t keep using your past to predict your future.

GOOD NEWS: You can unlearn the habit of over drinking. Not by willpower... because you already know that hasn’t worked!
