Coaching Philosophy

I help working Moms create time in their day so they can take better care of themselves {mind and body} and live their life with more joy and less stress, overwhelm and worry.

This is what I hear from {working} moms:

▪️I have a never ending to-do list

▪️I really want to get into a better routine to exercise more {or cook more or get that project done}, but it’s hard to find the time.

▪️I know I’m not sleeping enough, but there’s just too much to do at night {or I stay up late because it’s my only time to relax}.

▪️I’m always rushing and I never have “down time”.

▪️I’m good at making plans {or I have good intentions to make plans}, I just don’t follow through.

▪️I have big things I want to do, but don’t know where to start.

▪️I start something, but I’m just not consistent.

▪️I am a master procrastinator.

▪️There’s just not enough hours in the day.

▪️I manage a million things, there’s just no time to add anything else to my plate.

▪️I feel like I’m everywhere and nowhere at the same time.

▪️Sometimes I feel like I’m being pulled in 50 different directions and I don’t know which way to go.

▪️I didn’t get anything done, because stuff just came up.

▪️Sometimes I feel like I’m physically here, but not mentally present.

▪️I’m so overwhelmed.

▪️I’m so busy.

▪️I’m so sick of making decisions and I’m the only one that thinks about ALL the details to make it all happen {the who, when, where and how}.

▪️I’m just exhausted {physically and mentally} all the time.

▪️SSDD {same s&[email protected] different day}- I feel like it’s Groundhog Day…get up, go to work, come home to take care of family and endless chores. There’s no time for anything else.

It’s more than managing your time better {based on your priorities} although that’s part of it. It’s really about finding freedom from the “busy” and taking back your time so that you can take better care of yourself {mind and body} and enjoy your life more with less stress, less overwhelm and less worry!




Work with Me

I am a Mom of two, a wife, daughter, sister, and friend. My professional career has centered on helping others in the context of health, wellness, performance and career development.

I am a nutrition expert (Registered Dietitian, PhD Scientist and Asst. Professor) and fitness expert (former Division 1 college athlete, certified Exercise Physiologist and personal trainer), as well as a nutrition scientist for the past 20+ years.

Life coach certification was a natural extension of my passion to help people, whether it be through mentoring, teaching, training, coaching youth sports, and, coaching moms (and others) via life coaching.

I offer 1-on-1 coaching and workshops on various topics (e.g., goal setting and goal getting; time management; meal planning and meal prep made easy) in a variety of settings (moms groups, running clubs, corporate settings, etc…).
