I am a certified coach who helps tenure-track women make progress in their work and gain complete control of their lives. While earning an undergraduate, three master’s, and Ph.D. degrees with two kids, and navigating the rigorous tenure-track demands at an R-1 university, I have developed and mastered highly effective time and thought management skills. What has helped me the most to make progress and conquer all of my goals are the tools I now use to coach my fellow women faculty. I am on a mission to alleviate all unnecessary suffering and obstacles that prevent women faculty from reaching their fullest potential.
