Coaching Philosophy
I love helping women over 50 lose weight and feel great in their bodies. You may think it's impossible to lose weight or make a change; I used to think that too. Coaching changed my mindset about myself, food, and what was possible for me. You can lose weight on any diet but with coaching you can make a permanent lifestyle changes and gain freedom around food.
Work with Me
I work with motivated women over 50 who want to lose weight for the last time. I offer 45 minute weekly 1:1 coaching sessions on Zoom videoconferencing in the comfort of your own home and at a convenient time for you. I will initially be your accountability partner; but then I teach you how to be accountable to yourself by giving you the tools you need to succeed, so you never have to have losing weight as a New Year's Resolution ever again.
I lost 55 lbs over 1 year after gaining and losing the same 30 lbs over and over but never keeping it off. Then I found coaching and learned the tools I needed to handle food cravings, negative emotions, and how to deal with stress without numbing myself with food or wine.
