There are many components to it, but I am going to teach you the express version that you can start using right now by just asking three questions.

Here are the basics you need to know:

All feeling are just one word vibrations that run through your body.

They are harmless.

All feeling are caused by thoughts. (Sentences in your mind).

You can change your feeling by changing your thoughts.

It works.

Now, here are the three questions you ask in this order:

  1. What are you feeling right now?
  2. What is the thought causing it?
  3. What do you want to think and feel instead?


  1. Stressed.
  2. Original thought:
  3. I don’t have enough time.
  4. New thought:
  5. I have time to get some of this done now.
  6. New Feeling:
  7. Motivated
  1. Worried.
  2. Original thought:
  3. They think I'm dumb.
  4. New thought:
  5. I know I'm smart, I can only do my best now.
  6. New Feeling:
  7. Capable
  1. Unhappy
  2. Original thought:
  3. Life is not working out for me.
  4. New thought:
  5. I can improve my life in small ways.
  6. New Feeling:
  7. Motivated.
