I work with my clients in the areas of stress management, sleep, eating, movement, and how we think about those things.

I especially love working with folks who haven't been able to get consistent with their habits & are searching for that perfect diet that will make the difference & lead to this time being the last time.

I've been a teacher and coach for over 20 years, with multiple certifications in nutrition, personal training, health coaching, and more.
