I work with intelligent, busy women who eat to avoid, ignore or cope with their feelings. I teach them how to uncover why they emotional overeat and how to stop. As an emotional eater myself, I understand the struggle with weight and food. I foster a safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients, where we collaborate on the results they want to see in their life.
