Coaching Philosophy

I am a former Executive Chef and sommelier who helps fellow food lovers lose weight and learn how to enjoy fine dining in moderation. I lost 30 pounds and was able to keep it off by working more on my mindset, and less on what food I ate. My weight loss program empowers you to be in control around food and gives you the skills of how to indulge without regaining the weight.
