I told a friend of mine she was being irresponsible in her thinking the other day.
She was going on and on about how she wasn't losing weight fast enough. How the scale wasn't moving. How her husband was losing faster. Blah Blah Blah
I told her that kind of thinking would lead to a negative result.
How the negative nature of it was affecting the people in her life.
I told her that she might not be “indulging” in food, but she was indulging in weak thinking that was pulling her into a negative vibration.
I told her to listen to me very carefully: THE BEST INDICATION OF YOUR FUTURE SUCCESS IS HOW YOU FEEL RIGHT NOW. ( Not how think you will feel when you are at your goal weight, but how you feel now.)
It is your responsibility to manage your thinking. For yourself.
To feel good now.
That's all we want thin for anyway.
And it's the only way we will ever get it (and keep it) permanently.
She heard me. (Okay, I might have been talking kinda loudly.)
Really heard me.
She's on it.
