Excess weight is NOT a character flaw, it is a thought problem. Losing weight starts with connecting to your body. Dieting drives disconnection. I teach women to identify their feelings, connect those feelings to the physical sensations in their body (i.e. fear causing shortness of breath) resulting in a willingness to feel any feeling. After all, the worst that can ever happen is a feeling. When you know how to feel, you no longer need to eat.
