Well, hello, my friends. I'm just popping into your feed with this bonus podcast for either you to hear or for you to pass on to someone who might need it. At The Life Coach School, we have decided to do something we're calling The Hiring Project.
And it is our response to many of the people who have been laid off from their jobs or furloughed from their jobs or temporarily laid off from their jobs and don't have work that want work right now. There's too many of us in America who want to work and want to get paid and want to be able to pay our bills. And because of the virus, we are unable to do so right now.
So I was on a walk thinking about this, how can I help? What can I do in this time to be able to help support the people that want to go to work and want to get paid and pay their bills? We're in a position at The Life Coach School because of our tremendous success over the past several years to be able to offer support and offer help.
And we have done so in many ways within our organization, but we thought this way would be amazingly fun. So what I decided to do is get with my team and say, okay, what could we genuinely use help with right now? What are some projects that maybe we had on the back burner that we don't have space and time with our regular staff, but we could hire a staff of people to jump in and help us and put them to work so they could make money during this time online.
So I brought one of my team members who hadn't been working for us because he had worked in our shipping department and because we're not shipping anything, he didn't have any work to do. So we called him up and said, hey, we want to bring you back on full time and have you run these projects. And so we've decided to do three different projects.
We're going to do project number one, which is the podcast book. So some of you may know about this project because you got the podcast book from the first 200 episodes. And we're now into the 300th ish episodes.
And we want to do pages for each one of those episodes. And we need people to help us create and write and proofread and get those published. That book is so powerful for so many people because it has all of my concepts and all of my teachings in it based on what we've done in the podcast.
And it basically takes each podcast that I've ever done and summarizes it and the ideas in it into one page. So we are taking on that project so we can do a new version of our podcast book. And we will be offering that podcast book to our students and to our listeners for some really fun bonuses for other things that we're doing and for some giveaways.
But first, we got to get it done. So we're looking to hire 10 people for that project to get that project done over the next 30 days. The second project that we're doing is a quote book of many of the ideas and quotes that people have attributed to me, that are attributed to me, of things that I've said that have been incredibly helpful to them. Ideas and concepts and Brooke-isms that people write down and repeat and think. We are going to create an entire book of quotes based on things that I have taught over the last 14 years.
We're going to hire a small team to focus just on that book. I think it would be really fun to have the book illustrated and designed with illustrations, even though it's not something we've done in the past. I love the idea of it.

The third project that we're doing, and this is head up by my team member Brandon, is we want your help in creating SEO opportunities, which means photographs of me that are labeled correctly and uploaded correctly and articles and links and link backs and all this stuff, SEO. And we also want to create a lot more content for our social media. We want people to go through my videos and my audios and my content and create much more content for Facebook and also content for Instagram.
Based on the content that we already have, we need someone to go in and kind of go through it and find some of my best stuff so we can start posting more of those gems on social media. We're looking to hire a team of five people to do that. So we're looking to hire 20 people in the next couple of days and get people to work full time or part time depending on their availability.
And we want to pay you very well, but we want to hire people that are willing to work and go to work and can work from home to make our contribution and to help in the way that we can by hiring people who want work. We're calling it The Hiring Project for The Life Coach School. And we've committed to hiring 20 people for at least 30 days.
Starting now, depending on how it goes, we're going to revisit it in 30 days and see what's going on in the world in 30 days and seeing what we've created and maybe we'll create many more projects.
