In fact, you can feel better without changing anything in your life except for the thoughts in your mind. That’s because your thoughts are responsible for all of the emotions you feel. This is what we teach in Self Coaching Scholars. It’s a formula called the Model—and it will completely change your life.
The truth is that your thoughts create your feelings. Your feelings drive your actions, and your actions create your results. The circumstances or facts of your life are what they are. They’re neutral—neither good nor bad.
When you’re able to believe this, and you can take control of what you’re thinking, you’ll be amazed at how you feel. And the best part is that you can apply this formula to your life whenever you feel bad. It will always make you feel better.
