The Model is the foundation of all the coaching we do at The Life Coach School. Inside Self Coaching Scholars and our Coach Certification Program, we teach our students how to apply the Model to their own lives so they can start achieving the results they want.
There are five basic parts of the Model: Circumstances, Thoughts, Feelings, Actions, and Results. The basic premise is that your thoughts create your feelings, your feelings drive your actions, and your actions create your results. So, when you’re able to manage your mind (and the thoughts in your head), you can create any results you want in your life.
The difference between the Model and any self help method you’ve tried before is that the Model gets to the root of your problem, instead of only fixing the symptom temporarily. Once you start applying the Model to your life, you’ll understand that you hold all the power, and you’ll take back control of anything you’re struggling with. It will change the way you look at the world, and your problems, completely.
